Anyway, tonight I shot 60 indoor arrows and achieved by new personal best of 461, 4 more points than Wednesday. I felt like it was going horribly wrong. I start off ok but then I can't seem to hit the golds.

It's weird how a little gardening and a walk out tonight has made be feel absolutely knackered! I would have thought badminton... obviously not!
